Presented By: Mark Donahoo, Director of CyberTrails Operations
Founded in 1995, CyberTrails is a provider of managed Information Technology service to small and medium businesses in the Southwest. Our IT services include managed IT infrastructure, BCDR with disk to disk data backup and recovery services and hosted application environments including VMware, Sharepoint and Hosted Exchange.

Focus: Managing for Data Resilency and High Availability in a VMware Environment
How VMware is being used to gain 24 x 7 high availability. He will highlight examples from the numerous SAAS and Internet clients that are managed by CyberTrails at the SAS 70 Type II data center in Phoenix.
Tours of the data center will be provided.
